OAC houses indoor and outdoor training spaces with a variety of equipment to accommodate the early stages of fitness progression all the way up to the professional athlete’s sport specific needs. No one works out the same. Everyone deserves a facility that caters to that. OAC does!

How to Get Started

The process is simple. Schedule a free OACFIT Assessment to give you the necessary direction to accomplish your goals. Once you have completed your OACFIT Consultation an OAC FIT Coach will create a training plan that meets your fitness needs.

Personal Training

At OAC, we are committed to reinforcing your improvement in all its forms inside and outside the gym. We believe that encouraging others to pursue a healthier mindset results in a healthier lifestyle. That’s why we provide tools to help you succeed during our workouts together, but also on your own. We offer private personal training and small group personal training (meaning 1 trainer would work with a few clients simultaneously).
