I’m Aaron Diaz – a NASM Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist. Before my days as a Personal Trainer I found myself at a pivot point in my life. I found myself desperate for a lifestyle change and an opportunity to truly make an impact in people’s lives. I was walking around at my heaviest and most unhealthy weight and decided to take a desperate chance on a 6 Week Transformation that forever changed the course of my life. Over the course of the next 6 months I lost 55lbs of fat and gained over 25lbs of lean mass. The rest as they say is history.
It is now my personal mission to be a leader by example and guide other individuals towards their Level 10 Fitness and Health results. My primary focus in training is on weight loss and body transformation and now with my most recent certification – fitness performance!
