Hi! My name is Ciera Mitchell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and macro coach.
My love for fitness goes back as far as I can remember. Growing up, I played many sports but devoted most of my time to basketball and track. I loved the competitive aspect and community that athletics brought me and had always planned to pursue sports after high school. Unfortunately, I had a car accident that took that dream away from me. I went through a really hard time after that not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. I struggled to fill the void from no longer being an athlete until I started weightlifting in college, where I found confidence, self-worth, and purpose. I want to help you achieve these things too!
I don’t believe in fad diets or extreme calorie restriction. I teach my clients a way of working out that will maximize fat loss and retain lean muscle tissue through proper workouts and nutrition. My goal is to help you achieve a sustainable, healthy lifestyle and live a healthier, happier, and longer life!
